We're baaack! We actually got back Tuesday night, but this is the first chance I've had to blog. We had a great vacation in Kansas. Lots of relaxing in the sun, swimming, fireworks, family, friends, yummy food and fun. The boys had a lot of fun playing with their cousins. The big boys had a lot of fun blowing up fireworks!

So, we buy our fireworks from an online wholesale distributor and this year I told the big boys to order some pops for the little kids. Usually we just buy the big fireworks online and then head up to the firework stand on the corner and buy all the little stuff. But all the little stuff adds up so, I thought, hey let's buy it all wholesale. We got a great deal let me tell you...and we're stocked up on pops for the next couple of years! Normally pops are either 2 boxes for $1 or 3 boxes for $1. We got 300 boxes for $30 or 10 for $1!! Chris made fun of me every time someone got the pops out...but what a bargain right?! So, instead of throwing one pop at a time, the kids were tossing them by the handfuls...it was great!

They played in the little pool a lot since it was over 100 degrees most of the time. We did go to our friends house on Saturday and got to swim in a big pool, diving board and all. Of course, I don't have any pictures of that because I was swimming with them. Vann was a little fish though! He's not a great swimmer by any means, but he's not scared anymore which makes me so happy!
