They've had this breakfast before, but with plain toast. I thought it'd be fun to jazz it up a bit with french toast. It was a big hit!
And you could always use fun cookie cutters instead of a circle. In fact, I plan on picking up a heart cookie cutter so, I can make fun sandwiches and things like this for Valentine's Day.
