Saturday Vann and I hit the mall to find him new coat. And we found one we liked! Then after Chayce woke up from his nap we headed to a Christmas party. It was a lot of fun! It was good to catch up with friends we don't get to see much. The boys had fun playing with all the kids. And they were super excited when Santa showed up! Well, actually Vann was excited...Chayce not so much. He wanted nothing to do with Santa. Kim and Chris (our friends) had everyone bring a wrapped present for each of our kids and when we got there Kim snuck away and put them in Santa's big red bag. The boys loved their gifts. They got Star Wars transformers.

And today we did a lot of hanging out and a little bit of running around. The boys and I went to Hallmark so, they could pick out their ornament for this year. They both, of course, picked out Star Wars ornaments... surprise, surprise!
I can't even believe Christmas is in two weeks! Seriously, why does time have to fly all the time? One thing I still want to do with the boys is find a place that has awesome Christmas lights. We used to go to this place in Texas, where I grew up, and it was amazing! I have yet to find one that compares up here. And don't worry, they've been seeing lights...every time we drive somewhere we see pretty houses, but I want to find a whole neighborhood that just goes all out. So, my search is on for that.
Have you been watching all the fun Christmas movies that have been on tv? I've been DVRing them and so tonight we watched Frosty the Snowman...I love Frosty!
